• Please secure the booking by depositing the full payment directly into Bushveld Pond bank account and email or Fax proof of payment to us.
• Please note no pets.
• In order for us to secure your booking, the full amount is required by you within 24 hours of making the booking.
• Cancellation more than 14 days prior: 25 % off tariff
• Cancellation 7 to 13 days: 50% off tariff
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior: 100%off tariff
• A minimum charge of R100 or 15 % will be charged for admin fees
• Last minute amendments to bookings will not be credited.
• Taxes and levies: All inclusive
• Child policy:  Children of age 12 and over are charged as adults.
• NB: Please note cancellation must be e-mailed or Faxed through to our offices.

• I agree that Bushveld Pond will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to my personal property, or injury to myself, howsoever caused, or accident or death.
• Any belongings should be kept in the rooms at all times.
• I understand that Bushveld Pond reserves the right to charge for any damages to property for the duration of your stay.
• Please no smoking within the rooms of the Bushveld Pond.

• I confirm that this agreement is being regarded as due demand for payment of all outstanding contractual fees owing to Bushveld Pond.
• I consent to judgment in terms of section 57 and section 58 of the Magistrates Court Act, to be obtained against me in order for Bushveld Pond to collect any outstanding and due amount from me.
• Should I default in any part payment or instalment payment, due and payable, I consent to the whole outstanding balance to become payable immediately.
• I consent to the payment of all legal costs, should Bushveld Pond have to institute legal action against me, at attorney and own client scale, plus interest.
• I also consent to payment of collection commission and tracing agent’s fees.
• I choose my address for service of all notices and or document of litigation process at the addresses to give written notice within 7 days of change of any of my address particulars as stipulated on the face of this contract.
